As part of RISCO Group’s commitment to smart, secure, and scalable solutions, we are looking for a hands-on IT leader to drive and own our IT infrastructure, information security, enterprise systems, and business applications.
As part of your role, you will have full responsibility for the organization’s IT infrastructure, information security, enterprise information systems, and business applications.
The role includes end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-organizational processes – from requirements analysis and system design, through development, implementation, and ongoing optimization aligned with business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Information Systems Management – Oversee the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle of enterprise information systems, including CRM, ERP (Priority), BI, and additional business applications from requirements gathering and system design to development and implementation.
BI – Lead BI projects, develop analytical models, manage ongoing maintenance and upgrades, and provide user support.
System Integration – Manage and expand system usage through the implementation of additional modules and workflows, including integrations between organizational systems.
IT Infrastructure Management – Hardware, software, networks, servers, and end-user workstations, as well as managing the Help Desk (HD) function for end users.
Information Security – Operate and maintain information security systems, ensure compliance and system integrity, and continuously evaluate improvements and optimization opportunities.
Team Management – Lead and manage professional teams within the scope of the role, including training, mentoring, and professional development.
Requirements
Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, with specialization in Information Systems – mandatory
Hands-on manager with strong operational involvement
Proven experience and deep understanding of business and operational processes (manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
Strong understanding of organizational processes
Excellent knowledge of Priority ERP – mandatory
Strong familiarity with information system architectures, especially BI systems
Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, SSIS) – mandatory
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and system administration – mandatory
Experience working with APIs
Experience with ETL processes
Practical programming experience in languages such as SQL, Java, .NET, etc.
Advanced SQL query writing – advantage
Priority development – advantage
Priority implementation – advantage
Languages: Hebrew and English
Strong self-learning capabilities (autodidact)
Willingness to work non-standard hours when required
