We’re seeking a proactive and sharp Global Talent Acquisition & HRBP to join our Global HR team and help us scale smart, fast and with purpose.

We are seeing this position as a true partner to the business, working globally across multiple functions including Sales, CS, Marketing, Operations, R&D, and Engineering.

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end hiring process, collaborate with hiring managers across geographies, and use your sourcing skills to bring in the best talent out there, especially across Europe. You will also support HR processes and employee experience initiatives.

Role definition

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage full-cycle global recruitment — from JD to offer
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative channels
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and craft engaging job descriptions
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience
  • Build talent pipelines for future needs
  • Bring new ideas and TA trends to keep us sharp and competitive

HR & Employee Experience:

  • Support onboarding and performance review processes
  • Assist with welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Provide basic HR guidance on policies and labor law topics as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition – with a strong focus on global sourcing (especially EMEA)
  • Hands-on experience in HR processes, including onboarding, performance management and welfare activities
  • Proven ability to recruit for diverse functions: Sales, CS, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Operations
  • Deep sourcing expertise and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and more
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Additional language skills (Spanish / Italian / French) – an advantage
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tech tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • A resourceful problem-solver and natural connector
  • Obsessed with quality of candidates, processes, and communication

  • Great at building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and your team
