We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support Smart Home and Smart Building automation solutions.
The role focuses on after-sales technical support, remote diagnostics, system deployment, and close collaboration with partners, installers, and internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and remote diagnostics to resellers, distributors, system integrators, installers, and end users

Analyze customer requests and deliver structured, professional technical solutions

Program, deploy, and support smart home and building automation, networking, and security systems (remote and on-site when required)

Manage and maintain customer technical documentation and product knowledge resources

Deliver technical training sessions for installers and system integrators

Manage support tickets and coordinate on-site actions when necessary

Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes and analyze returned products
-
Report field feedback, recurring issues, and improvement suggestions to the technical department

Identify upselling opportunities for services and products and support the sales network
Requirements

Previous experience in technical support, installation, or deployment in smart home, building automation, electrical, HVAC, security, fire, video surveillance, or networking sectors

Experience in B2B technical support environments

Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work methodically and maintain high professional standards under pressure

Knowledge of installation processes and project phases

Experience with data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation

Experience delivering technical training

Conversational level of English
