Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Specialist to support our Marketing and Business Development Director and lead various projects across the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a strong ability to meet deadlines, and the capability to drive team performance across multiple departments. This role is crucial for executing projects in marketing, commercial operations, support, and more, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage project timelines and schedules, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project performance, report progress, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and properly stored.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  • Support training and development of employees in project management practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to push teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
