Description
We are seeking a technically strong and market-savvy Product Manager to lead
our Intrusion Systems portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of
intrusion technologies, industry standards, and market dynamics. The Product
Manager will be responsible for shaping the strategy and execution of the
product line, ensuring ease of installation for installers, competitive
differentiation, and alignment with customer needs. The position involves close
collaboration with R&D, sales, marketing, and partners, as well as direct
interaction with the market to understand trends, competition, and customer
requirements.
Product management
Define and execute the product strategy for RISCO’s Intrusion Systems
portfolio.
• Gather and analyze customer, installer, and market requirements,
translating them into clear product specifications and development
priorities.
• Ensure products are designed with installer-friendly features, simplifying
deployment and integration.
• Act as the primary liaison between R&D, engineering, manufacturing,
sales, and support teams.
• Support global sales teams and partners with in-depth product expertise,
training, and technical presentations.
• Conduct competitive intelligence, understanding key players,
technologies, and positioning in the intrusion/security market.
• Lead product launches, including go-to-market strategy, positioning,
pricing, and sales enablement.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring continuous innovation and
market relevance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a
related technical field – mandatory.
• Strong technical background and proven expertise in intrusion/security
systems – must.
• Solid knowledge of the intrusion/security market, competitors,
technologies, and industry players.
• Demonstrated experience in product management or project management
within security, IoT, or related tech sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with
installers, customers, and global teams.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an
advantage.
• Strategic, business-oriented mindset with the ability to bridge technical
and commercial aspects.
