Overall management of sales and branch activities in the defined territories. Inclusive full P&L responsibility for each territory.

The Primary objective is to manage business development and penetrate new channels for the company’s diverse range of products, solutions & service, aligning with the group’s strategy.

Role definition

Leadership and Management:

–  Manage, lead, mentor and motivate the subordinates staff within the sales organization.

–   Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales team.

  1. Business Planning:
  • Prepare & present a comprehensive business plan to be approved by the management.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
  1. Sales Performance:
  • Increase sales performance and profit targets across the defined teritories
  • Monitor & analyze sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  1. Market Development:
  • Identify new opportunities and develop the defined markets in the security industry, specifically within the intrusion segments, access control, smart home, and cloud services.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  1. Strategy Implementation:

–   Lead and implement the group's sales strategy

–   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with

overall company objectives

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the security industry, with a focus on intrusion segments, access control, smart home, and cloud services
  • Proven track record in managerial roles within sales and business development
  • Demonstrated experience in selling technical products and solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, French and Dutch, for effective communication
  • Academic degree in a relevant field
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region and to the company's headquarters in Israel
