We are seeking a proactive and dynamic “Talent Acquisition Specialist” to join our Global HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, including Sales, Operations, R&D, Engineering, and more. This position will play a key role in driving our company’s growth by ensuring we recruit the best professionals across the globe.
Role definition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process globally, from job definition to recruiting.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, other tools).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and personality traits.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process with department heads.
- Utilize personality assessment tools to evaluate candidate suitability and provide insights to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continually improve the hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multi-region environment.
- Experience recruiting across diverse functions, including Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Operations.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to attract and engage top talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with personality assessment methods and tools (e.g., MBTI, DISC, Hogan).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with recruitment software (e.g., ATS systems) and social media recruiting.
