Role definition

  • Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans, ensuring timely and high-quality execution across various channels (digital, social media, events, PR, marketing communication, print, etc.).
  • Oversee marketing projects from conception to completion, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Optimization: Establish and refine processes to improve efficiency in marketing execution, in terms of cost, effort, and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Initiate and Monitor campaign effectiveness, gather insights, and recommend adjustments to optimize impact.
  • Bring fresh and creative ideas to enhance marketing initiatives while ensuring practical and efficient implementation.

Oversee budget planning and cost management for marketing initiatives, ensuring resource efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing activities execution
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience in executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing
