Responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI) processes — transferring products from development to production — including:

Analyzing the product during development phases (PDR & CDR) and defining production adaptation requirements to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.

Managing and executing pilot and development builds for hardware–software integrated products through all production stages, including preparation of final summary reports.

Maintaining ongoing configuration control in Agile and updating Priority (MCO / ECO / STOP / MRB) for purchased items, BOMs, and production documentation — including test procedures, manufacturing technologies, and production tools.

Leading process changes, improvements, and implementation within the production environment.

Providing continuous production floor support and troubleshooting for any technical or process-related issues.
Role definition

Managing the transfer of products from development to full-scale production and implementing them on the production floor.

Leading and overseeing development and pilot series.

Responsible for releasing products to mass production, including ongoing configuration control in Agile and Priority systems.
Requirements

Education: Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in transferring products from development to production, process improvement, utilization of advanced technologies, and production optimization.

Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile and/or Priority systems – an advantage.

Skills: Strong training, leadership, and team-motivation abilities; assertiveness; excellent organizational skills; and a system-wide perspective.

Language: Good command of English – both written and spoken.
